Style: Wild Ale
Gradation Raspberry starts life as a brown ale fermented with our house ale yeast. After primary fermentation is complete the beer is moved to a conditioning tank with the addition of brettanomyces and souring bacteria. After lengthy conditioning we add locally grown raspberries. The end result is a complex wild ale with a big flavor and aroma of raspberry with underlying cherry notes.
