Saison Hoppu is our interpretation of a farmhouse style ale fermented with Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces.  The finished beer is then dry hopped with Sorachi Ace from Japan.  The resulting beer is very complex with flavors of over ripe apricot, lemon, wood, and an assertive yet palatable amount of funk from the brettanomyces.
